Wheeler ACIOB MAPS AMRSH Senior Planning / Programming Consultant John has 40 years experience of practical management of most types of construction projects. John's specialty is hand drawn critical path programme networks and logic. He is also experienced in modern computer techniques of programming. John also specialises in health and safety matters and is currently the appointed Health and Safety advisor for RJC. His understanding of the CDM regulations and its requirements with the other safety regulations provides a sound base of understanding when analysing some disputes, especially the Health and Safety Plan and the Health and Safety File. Overseeing and advising on the management structure for a fast track project consisting of 25 large shops with public transport terminal beneath. Developing method statements for a 4-storey conversion to retail. Analysing and provide programming presentation for extensions of time for contractors. Programming critical path analysis of projects for contractors in arbitration and adjudication. Assisting clients in preventing a possible claim against them. Producing good practical programme evidence and documentation to assist the employer in dispute with the contractor.
