We have successfully managed many complex disputes utilising the
experience and detailed knowledge of our commercial, contractual &
technical experts.
RJC consultants was formed in 1993 and now employs consultants
throughout the UK. The company's key staff have professional
qualifications covering both legal and construction disciplines.
RJC is recognised as having an up-to-date knowledge of the UK
Government's requirements to settle disputes in accordance with the
requirements of "the housing Construction and Regeneration
Act" and has carried out many commissions under this act in
addition to presenting both in-house and external seminars on the
subject.
We also have considerable experience in the management of difficult
cases though arbitration or by litigation. Our expertise in this field
enables us to offer an initial commercial appraisal of a client's case
and advise on the best and most economical way to proceed together with
a risk assessment. If necessary we are able to advise on the appointment
of a suitable legal team and we manage the process efficiently and
economically utilising well-founded judgment to ensure the best outcome
for out clients.
Our clients include property owners and developers, corporate undertakings,
government departments, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors.
Business Development Update
In 2000 RJC formed a strategic marketing alliance with David Gist Solicitors
of Bristol.
October 2002 saw the appointment of Helen Burbridge as Business
Development Manager and RJC joined the Bristol Chamber of Commerce.

December 2002 not only saw the successful launch of the RJC website www.rjc-consultants.co.uk,
but also a further strategic markerting alliance with Veale Wasbrough
Solicitors of Bristol.
In March 2003 RJC Consultants became recognised as an Investor In
People.
May 2003 sees another expansion of business with the opening of the
Thames Valley Office in Slough. As well as expecting to provide an
improved service to its existing clients with a base in the South East
of England, RJC is also looking to expand further, and has not only
joined the Slough Chamber of Commerce but has already initiated a
strategic marketing alliance with Clarks Solicitors in Reading.
