RJC Consultants was formed in 1993 and now employs consultants throughout the UK. The company's key staff have professional qualifications covering both legal and construction disciplines. 

The company is recognised as having an up to date knowledge of the UK Government's requirements to settle disputes in accordance with the requirements of " The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act " and has successfully carried out many commissions under this act in addition to presenting both in-house and external seminars on the subject.

The company also has considerable experience in the management of difficult cases through arbitration or by  litigation. Our expertise in this field enables us to offer an initial commercial appraisal of a client's case and advise on the best and most economical way to proceed together with a risk assessment. If necessary we are able to advise on the appointment of a suitable legal team and we manage the process efficiently and economically utilising well-founded judgement to ensure the best outcome for our clients.
